📋 Description

• Lead technical activities and manage technical priorities. • Ensure the efficiency and quality of technical deliveries. • Identify and mitigate operational risks. • Investigate and resolve service requests and incidents in production environments, in collaboration with operational teams and monitoring tools. • Design, lead, and implement improvements and enhancements to existing processes. • Perform system handovers during release phases with development teams, acquiring the knowledge required for production support. • Assess and ensure monitoring solutions are appropriate for production systems, including new systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced/Fluent English. • Public Cloud (primarily Azure): basic operation and core services (AKS, WebApp, Functions, Service Bus, Event Hub, SQL Database, CDN). • Analysis of usage/saturation metrics and logs. • Service-to-service interaction. • Databases: Microsoft SQL Server; Redis; MongoDB. • Backend: Java 11+; Spring Boot; Kubernetes; EventHub/Kafka/RabbitMQ/Service Bus. • Frontend: ReactJS; JavaScript; HTML; CSS. • Experience with DevOps practices. • Knowledge of Terraform/ARM templates. • Experience with Unix/Linux systems.
