📋 Description

• Lead the launch, growth, and performance of external enrichment programs across KinderCare’s family of brands • Identify, evaluate, and manage vendor partnerships that expand enrichment offerings and create revenue opportunities • Lead onboarding and rollout of enrichment programs, coordinating timelines, tools, training, and cross-functional teams • Develop scalable processes, procedures, and tools for consistent program delivery across brands • Drive revenue growth and center adoption by monitoring key metrics and addressing barriers • Partner with marketing, finance, pricing, procurement, training, product development, and field leadership teams • Use data, research, and field feedback to improve programs and processes and inform future development

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years as a successful project manager, operations manager, or in a multi-unit operations leadership role • Proven track record of translating strategy into execution and driving operational results at scale • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders • Experience driving revenue accountability and financial performance at the operational level • Demonstrated success in building scalable operational frameworks, tools, and training programs • Experience in childcare, education, or similar service-based industries with distributed operations • Experience building operational infrastructure for new programs • Familiarity with center P&L management and operational metrics that drive financial performance
