📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team while fostering accountability, collaboration, and high performance • Develop and execute operational strategies, standards, and process improvements to drive enrollment growth, revenue optimization, retention, and operational excellence • Organize and lead cross-functional working sessions for decision-making, alignment, and accountability • Leverage data, analytics, and business insights to evaluate performance, enrollment trends, experiences, and operational effectiveness • Provide actionable recommendations to improve business outcomes • Support field leaders with planning, prioritization, execution, and adoption of seasonal and strategic initiatives • Foster relationships and collaboration across business leadership, field operations, and corporate functions • Develop and manage project plans with objectives, timelines, milestones, and success metrics • Use project management tools and methodologies to track progress, mitigate risks, and drive successful implementation

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in operations, business operations, program management, project management, consulting, or related functions • 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional business initiatives with measurable operational or financial impact • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills • Experience evaluating business performance, forecasting trends, and developing data-driven recommendations • Experience developing and executing strategies tied to revenue growth, profitability improvement, customer retention, and operational efficiencies within a complex nationwide multi-unit environment • Strategic and critical thinking skills • Ability to balance long-term objectives with day-to-day execution • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and collaborate across executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders • Ability to travel up to 25%
