📋 Description

• Drive strategic innovation and transformation initiatives in AI, RPA, and Data Science • Identify opportunities for new products, services, processes, and technologies • Lead implementation of innovative solutions to improve efficiency, customer experience, and organizational growth • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of application developers • Define innovation strategies with senior leadership aligned to company goals • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics • Explore new business models, technologies, and practices • Manage multiple projects and initiatives with the Manager of PMO • Collaborate with business analysts, UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and IT operations • Gather requirements, define technical specifications, and ensure application integration into the IT ecosystem • Identify and execute cost-saving opportunities with stakeholders and the Head of IT • Provide technical leadership on application architecture, design patterns, and technology stacks • Ensure solutions follow coding standards, best practices, and security protocols • Promote continuous improvement, Agile methodologies, and development best practices • Allocate development personnel, tools, and technologies to meet project goals and deadlines • Ensure applications undergo unit, integration, performance, and other testing and validation • Communicate development project status to business leaders, project managers, and stakeholders • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Develop and manage application development project budgets • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field • Architecture certification is a significant asset • 10+ years of experience in application development and transformation roles • 3–5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role • Proven experience managing software development teams and successfully delivering applications • Experience with application frameworks, development tools, and integrated development environments (IDEs) • Strong expertise in solution and technical architecture principles and philosophies • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes • Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns, including microservices, RESTful APIs, and database design • Experience with RPA, Data Science, and other cutting-edge technologies and platforms • Strong leadership and team-building abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines • Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban • Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Trello • Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and resources • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience guiding testing frameworks and delivering high-quality code • Knowledge of automated testing tools and CI/CD pipelines is an asset • English required for collaboration, technical documentation, international stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners
