📋 Description

• Lead and architect end-to-end Workday implementations and post production optimizations. • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, transforming them into system design solutions. • Provide expert-level guidance on Workday functionality across various modules, ensuring efficient configuration and integration. • Troubleshoot complex issues and design scalable, long-term solutions for system enhancements. • Mentor and guide junior consultants and client teams through best practices and Workday system knowledge.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Workday architecture and design across one or more modules • Previous experience leading or implementing Workday solutions in a consulting or client-side role • Ability to design and deliver comprehensive Workday solutions that meet client needs • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills • Workday certification(s) preferred but not required.
