📋 Description

• Serve as the analytics partner for credit products: build the pipelines and dashboards that power decision making across the full product lifecycle, from feature launch and rollout monitoring through mature product analytics • Design and own dbt models with a focus on performance, scalability, and the nuances of credit data • Build dashboards that go beyond reporting to answer critical product and portfolio questions • Support experimentation across the credit portfolio • Partner with stakeholders to shape requirements, prioritize the highest impact work, and connect analysis back to business outcomes • Proactively identify trends and opportunities, thinking beyond the immediate request • Contribute to team culture: code reviews, peer feedback, and evolving our shared best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Around 3 years of experience in a data or analytics role • Strong SQL and hands-on dbt experience — these are the foundation of this role • Familiar with Git workflows: branching, clear commits, constructive PR reviews • A clear communicator who adapts the message to the audience • Curious about the business behind the data, and interested in how your work connects to product decisions • You integrate AI tools into your daily workflow • Bonus if You Have • Credit, lending, or consumer finance data experience • A/B testing and experimentation frameworks • Fintech or consumer product background • Redshift and dbt certifications
