📋 Description

• Lead a cross-functional team of frontend and backend engineers responsible for core Krak consumer experiences • Own end-to-end UX for key Krak features across mobile and client platforms • Guide delivery of high-quality consumer applications focused on usability, performance, and scale • Partner with Product Managers and Designers to define and deliver high-impact features with measurable business and customer value • Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Tech Leads to maintain consistent engineering standards across services and client platforms • Champion engineering excellence, maintainable architectures, and code quality • Mentor engineers and foster technical growth, collaboration, and inclusivity • Strengthen team organization and delivery through agile processes, project tracking, and engineering metrics such as DORA and cycle time

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading engineering teams delivering customer-facing products at scale • Experience managing combined frontend and backend engineering teams • Deep technical background in React Native and modern frontend architectures • Strong cross-functional leadership in complex, multi-platform environments • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience building large-scale consumer or financial products • Experience leading frontend engineering teams; application form offers experience bands from less than 3 years to 8+ years • Hands-on experience building and shipping production applications using TypeScript and React or React Native • Experience leading teams working on high-performance, real-time web or mobile trading/fintech applications • Experience leading engineering teams in payments, cards, or broader fintech domains • Working knowledge of Rust or similar languages such as Go or C++ • Familiarity with async architectures, APIs, and microservices • Systems design or distributed architectures experience is nice to have • Experience in payments and card domains is nice to have
