📋 Description

• Extract, clean and validate data from databases and other sources • Analyze data to find trends, issues and opportunities • Build reports, dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders • Write SQL queries to support analysis and reporting • Check data quality and document data definitions • Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences • Support ad hoc data requests • Perform other duties as assigned • Turn raw data into clear findings, reports and visuals that help leaders make decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered • 2+ years of data analysis experience • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases • Proficient with Excel and at least one reporting tool such as Power BI, Tableau or BusinessObjects • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Experience with Python or R for data analysis preferred • Experience supporting federal government contracts preferred • Continually required to use common office equipment including computers, phones, scanners and printers
