PAA targets value-based and risk-based contracts (bundles, ACOs, Medicare Advantage) and positions its solutions to reduce readmissions, lower total cost of care, and improve in-network utilization, delivered as a SaaS/cloud solution with integrations and partner programs.

📋 Description

• Analyze client performance against contractual goals, KPIs, and operational benchmarks on the Anna™ platform • Build and maintain reporting views for Client Success leaders and account owners • Surface leading indicators of client risk or opportunity • Support QBRs, executive reviews, and internal client success planning with decision-ready analytics • Investigate drivers behind utilization shifts, workflow changes, provider network dynamics, seasonality, and product usage patterns • Use cohort analysis, comparative benchmarking, and statistical methods to determine why trends occurred • Translate findings into charts, memos, and briefings • Provide insights into provider network coverage, capacity, and integration health across post-acute care • Identify market gaps, network expansion priorities, integration friction patterns, facility outliers, workflow bottlenecks, and data quality issues • Structure, join, validate, and interpret large datasets from the Anna platform, claims, EHR/EMR extracts, and client-provided files • Build reusable queries, models, dashboards, and notebooks • Partner with the VP, Analytics on analytical standards, methods, documentation, and reusable frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on data analyst experience with proven fluency working across large and varied datasets • Strong background / experience with SQL, including joins, window functions, CTEs, and performance-aware patterns • Working proficiency in Python or R for analysis, including Pandas, Jupyter notebooks, and basic statistical methods • Data visualization capability in Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or comparable • Solid grasp of analytical fundamentals: cohorting, benchmarking, distributions, and basic statistical inference • Advanced Excel • Ability to translate operational questions into analytical problems and analytical output into clear narratives • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline • Preferred: experience with healthcare data, claims, EHR/EMR data, HL7/FHIR standards, utilization and case management data • Preferred: familiarity with post-acute care, managed care, Medicare Advantage, or value-based care • Preferred: prior experience embedded within an operational or client-facing team • Preferred: working familiarity with clinical outcomes concepts such as readmissions, LOS, ED utilization, and total cost of care
