📋 Description

• Execute recurring and ad hoc analyses across client reporting, performance guarantees, dashboards, and other commercial priorities • Develop understanding of Virta’s value model and apply measurement frameworks to calculate, validate, and communicate client outcomes • Build dashboards and analyses that surface trends, answer business questions, and inform client and commercial decision-making • Partner with Client Success, Commercial, Finance, Product, and Analytics teams to translate complex questions into analytical approaches, insights, and client-ready narratives • Strengthen metric definitions, documentation, data quality, and repeatable workflows • Use automation and AI to improve speed and reliability • Support recurring reporting cycles and progressively own multiple commercial analytics workflows • Identify improvements to dashboards, documentation, data quality, and workflow efficiency • Provide recommendations or insights supporting Product or Commercial decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst, analytics, or data-focused role • Strong SQL skills • Ability to define metrics clearly and ensure consistency through documentation and governance • Systems-oriented mindset with a track record of improving or automating repeatable processes • Strong communication skills and experience translating complex data into clear insights for internal and external audiences • Experience building dashboards in BI tools such as Looker or similar is beneficial • Experience supporting client-facing analytics or value reporting is beneficial • Familiarity with modern data stack tools such as dbt, data modeling concepts, and version-controlled analytics workflows is beneficial • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must follow security and privacy procedures for sensitive patient information governed by HIPAA
