📋 Description

• Build detailed project plans defining scope, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables • Prioritize work and manage project risks with mitigation strategies • Allocate resources, including AI, cloud, and industry expertise • Coordinate cross-functional technical, account, and partner teams • Drive collaboration, coach team members, and facilitate governance meetings • Track milestones, adapt plans, ensure SLA adherence, and meet customer expectations • Manage budgets and performance metrics • Resolve issues to keep projects on track • Serve as the primary delivery contact for customers and internal stakeholders • Translate complex project information into actionable updates • Provide insights and guidance for decision-making • Strengthen customer relationships and embed with customer teams when needed • Represent Kyndryl with credibility and integrity

🎯 Requirements

• SCRUM or Project Management skills • Basic IT knowledge (Architectural) • Organization and planning skills • Teamwork with “one team” philosophy • MS Project or other Project Management software (preferred) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (preferred) • Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels (preferred)
