📋 Description

• Prepare quotations for protocols, bid requests, study revisions, and additions using company pricing tools • Complete budget-to-actual reconciliations at predetermined points during awarded studies • Assist with recommendations on desirable proposals using financial and operational criteria • Coordinate with Business Development Directors to ensure clinical study quotes are complete and address client needs • Coordinate and facilitate quotation generation with appropriate staff and partner laboratories • Assist with proposal tracking • Update Salesforce and ensure departmental information accuracy • Manage low- to medium-complexity opportunities when required by the business unit or team • Shadow or assist senior colleagues on medium- to high-complexity opportunities when required • Participate in Business Operations departmental initiatives • Assist with departmental reports • Provide backup assistance for other departmental functions • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science, business, or marketing related discipline • At least 1 year of experience within a pharmaceutical, clinical research, or healthcare environment • Preferably experience in a Proposals role or very similar • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a substitute • Ability to perform calculations and manage budgets • Ability to apply mathematical concepts to budget management for clinical trials • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including word processing, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint • Aptitude for learning new database software quickly • Salesforce and SharePoint experience preferred • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or clinical research protocols • Ability to write reports and business correspondence • Ability to present information and respond to questions from colleagues and clients • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with limited-standardization situations • Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions
