📋 Description

• Own publisher relationships, opportunities, scaling, and results end to end • Own and track the margin for the assigned publisher book • Maintain a diversified publisher book and manage partner concentration risk • Monitor partner traffic for compliance issues and address problems directly with partners • Maintain active, productive publisher relationships • Participate in weekly knowledge-sharing sessions and share learnings with the team • Learn Launch Potato’s offers, platform, and partner portfolio • Conduct publisher optimization conversations and drive measurable performance improvements • Independently run the publisher book and expand into additional verticals • Drive incremental margin growth, with a 12-month target of $500,000 in incremental margin

🎯 Requirements

• Four or more years managing publishers in affiliate • Direct publisher or partner management for an advertiser or a network • Personally owned a margin or revenue number • Experience in a regulated vertical such as insurance, credit, lending, health, or personal finance • Ability to investigate compliance-related opportunity blockers and reshape partner assets or make internal cases where appropriate • Fluency with performance tracking platforms; Tune is used, with IntegriShield and Lashback for compliance • Proactive optimization of partner performance • Must reside in a US state where Launch Potato is registered to do business • Margin at or above $200,000 in a single year • Direct affiliate publisher management experience • Nice to have: relationships in insurance, multiple regulated verticals, and experience with direct publisher relationships and network distribution
