📋 Description

• Support and assist in representing clients in state and federal plaintiff's-side wage-and-hour, class, and representative action litigation • Conduct legal research • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses • Assist with deposition preparation and attendance • Prepare for and appear at court hearings • Communicate with clients under the guidance of senior attorneys

🎯 Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Minnesota • Candidates must be either licensed to practice law in Minnesota or already licensed in another U.S. jurisdiction and pending admission to the Minnesota Bar • 1-3 years of experience in civil litigation preferred for the ideal candidate • Experience with discovery in the civil litigation context • Oral advocacy and appearing in Court • Motion practice • Taking/defending depositions • Prior experience with class actions, complex litigation, and wage and hour litigation is a plus • Ability to travel on occasion
