📋 Description

• Contribute to the evolution and modernization of LGI’s human resources (HR) and payroll management solutions • Translate business needs into digital solutions that create value for clients and users • Participate in all stages of the Agile development lifecycle, from needs discovery through feature delivery • Design coherent, high-performing, and user-centered functional solutions • Act as a strategic partner to Product teams • Facilitate discovery workshops and translate business needs into functional solutions • Use artificial intelligence tools to improve the efficiency of analysis, prototyping, and documentation activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or another relevant discipline • Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in business analysis or functional analysis within a software development context • Significant experience designing and delivering web solutions • Proven experience in an Agile delivery environment • Experience in user needs discovery, writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation • Experience collaborating with product managers, UI/UX designers, developers, and QA teams • IIBA certification (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent) is an asset
