📋 Description

• Build deep technical expertise in Liftoff products to maximize customer impact • Translate complex business requirements into high-impact, scalable technical solutions • Own the end-to-end technical lifecycle for partner integrations from onboarding through steady-state maintenance • Refine Liftoff tools and products based on customer and partner feedback • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve reported issues • Implement automated solutions to prevent issue recurrence • Collaborate across engineering, product, partner, and other teams • Apply design, risk-driven testing, and code review to foster engineering excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience; adtech industry experience is a plus • Bachelor's Degree required; Computer Science or Data/Analytics is a plus • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Golang, Python, JavaScript, or Java • Strong SQL and big data analysis skills • Customer empathy and passion for problem-solving • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities • Clear communication skills with a customer-focused mindset • Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative spirit • Curiosity and enthusiasm for tackling challenges
