📋 Description

• Oversee the client implementation process from start to finish • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout onboarding • Organize kickoff calls to introduce the process and manage client expectations • Ensure client training is delivered throughout the implementation process • Plan internal resources for project-related tasks, including hardware installation, billing cycle launch, and payment processing configuration • Communicate with clients about implementation status and remind them of training dates • Manage a segment of clients participating in the implementation process • Provide regular updates on task completion and client responsibilities • Keep client records up to date in the CRM and other online tools • Manage the timeline between closing the sale and the system’s first use • Ensure an excellent customer satisfaction rating

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the golf industry or a passion for golf • Experience managing customer expectations by phone and email • Experience with resource planning and task allocation in an execution-focused role • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English • Proficiency in English as a working language is required • Preferred, but not required: experience in the retail and hospitality industries • Preferred, but not required: experience with HubSpot or Salesforce • Preferred, but not required: experience with ClickUp or ChurnZero
