• 5+ years of proven field sales experience as a sales hunter (not farmer) within the freight forwarding and logistics industry. • 5+ years of experience specifically selling export forwarding services, including air, FCL, LCL, special equipment, consolidations, trans-loading, and drayage services. • Solid understanding of logistics processes and solutions. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong negotiation and closing skills. • Experience using Salesforce.com systems to manage sales activities and customer data.
