📋 Description

• Define and own the product vision for the assigned scope • Translate company objectives, product vision, and market opportunities into a roadmap from validation through scaled adoption • Set success metrics and hold the team accountable • Build internal and external alignment around an interoperable product future • Collaborate with design and engineering to create an aligned team • Drive discovery to validate problems, solutions, and willingness to pay • Ship early, learn quickly, and iterate based on usage • Balance openness and interoperability with data security, partner trust, and platform control • Drive post-launch adoption and own customer and business outcomes • Develop product perspectives on MCP servers, APIs, connectors, and integrations • Partner with engineering on API design, MCP server, tool and skills architecture, connectors, authentication, and data contracts • Design secure, trusted interoperability with AI assistants and agent frameworks • Understand enterprise customer workflows and technical stakeholder needs • Conduct discovery with customers and prospects • Track the competitive and market landscape • Operate independently and identify opportunities • Communicate vision, progress, and metrics to executives, stakeholders, and customers • Act as an internal thought leader on integration and interoperability experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of designing and launching MCP servers, APIs, and other integrations connecting systems, ideally in an enterprise B2B SaaS context • Working knowledge of API design, MCP server architecture, authentication, data contracts, and versioning • Working knowledge of LLMs and agent frameworks • Technical credibility with engineering without needing to write code • Proficiency using AI tools for research, artifact building, prototyping, and specification building • Strong product judgment for developers, partners, and enterprise customers • Strong product discovery, prioritization, and execution skills • Metrics-driven approach to defining and measuring success • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Self-directed, entrepreneurial, comfortable with ambiguity, and results-oriented • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship • Willingness to work from or relocate to an Ontario or British Columbia hub, within a 300 km radius of Toronto or Vancouver • No specific years-of-experience threshold is required
