📋 Description

• Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for Zipline's core platform • Serve a platform used by more than 620,000 frontline workers across 200+ global brands • Lead an established team of Product Managers • Shape the 12 to 18 month roadmap • Translate company strategy into product outcomes • Build a high-performing product organization for an Enterprise B2B SaaS company • Partner with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and other cross-functional leaders • Coach and grow Product Managers • Foster product thinking, accountability, and autonomous decision making • Align teams around shared goals, resolve obstacles, and improve planning and execution • Integrate AI capabilities into the core product strategy • Develop deep understanding of customer needs, frontline operations, and market trends • Partner with Customer Success and Sales on retention, expansion, and long-term growth • Represent the core product vision with customers, prospects, and at company events • Report to the SVP of Product

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading Product for an Enterprise B2B SaaS product (non-negotiable) • Experience leading and managing a team of Product Managers • Experience owning product strategy and roadmap development for a SaaS platform • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Customer Success teams to deliver product outcomes • Ability to lead strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution for a core platform • Ability to translate company strategy into product investments • Ability to balance customer needs, market opportunities, and technical considerations • Ability to integrate AI capabilities into product strategy • Deep understanding of customer needs, frontline operations, and market trends • Ability to represent product vision with customers, prospects, and at company events
