📋 Description

• Provide strategic insights and analytical expertise to help healthcare clients demonstrate the value of their products and services • Design and conduct value evidence development projects • Apply HEOR research methods and technical developments • Design and deliver client-ready project solutions • Execute independently and provide technical leadership to junior staff on HEOR projects • Develop understanding of client needs and communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively • Engage with clients as day-to-day contact and key scientific presenter • Coordinate project team members to complete tasks on time and to required quality • Participate in project scoping, proposal development, and budget development with oversight • Support thought leadership activities • Coach and mentor colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree required • 3–5 years of experience • Clear and collaborative communicator • Drives results and achieves deadlines • Strong critical thinking skills • Drives innovation and delivers with excellence • Strong skills and demonstrated consulting experience in at least one of: Health Economics; HEOR-related Statistics; HEOR / HTA Strategy; Evidence Review and/or Synthesis; HEOR Expert Elicitation / Stakeholder Engagement; Value Communication • Knowledge of new innovative and technical developments applicable to HEOR functions
