📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Strong engineering fundamentals, including design patterns, core OOP principles (inheritance, polymorphism, composition), and algorithmic thinking • Strong professional experience with at least one of Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, or TypeScript • Strong experience designing relational schemas and working with relational databases; PostgreSQL preferred • Wealth management or wealth-tech experience; closely adjacent fintech experience accepted • Comfortable representing the team in front of clients and business stakeholders • Comfortable juggling multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-moving, early-stage environment • Generous with knowledge, quick to help teammates, and focused on team outcomes • Comfortable with agents writing code alongside you and curious about AI-enabled engineering • Genuine passion for AI, demonstrated through side projects, independent research, or hands-on experimentation • Prompt engineering, agent development, and evaluations are a plus • Unit testing and adversarial thinking about code are a plus • AWS, Terraform, and related infrastructure tooling are a plus • Notion, Linear, and similar ticket-tracking systems are a plus • Startup experience is a plus
