📋 Description

• Work closely with customers to understand technical requirements and ensure the correct data is collected • Gain a clear understanding of customers’ system environments • Map relevant data and work with domain experts to ensure seamless integration workflows • Run end-user trainings • Provide technical support during software implementation and deployment • Create and maintain installation guides, user manuals, and technical specifications • Collaborate with pre-sales, product leads, engineering, and domain experts to ensure successful customer deployments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Computer Science or a similar natural science field • Minimum of 3-5yrs experience in complex software implementation, data management or similar background • Experience working with large data sets and data integration tools • High level of understanding of corporate software environments, e.g. PDM, ERP • Strong understanding of database design and SQL • Hands-on experience with at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C++ • Excelling problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Dexterity with software tools and data manipulation & analysis • A creative mind that can think outside the box • Curiosity to find disruptive as opposed to incremental solutions to tough data problems • Residing in and legally permitted to work in the US, East Coast hours
