📋 Description

• Lead the execution of regional programs and initiatives across North and Latin American markets • Build and manage relationships with key partners, serving as a trusted point of contact • Monitor regional performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve outcomes • Design and improve operating processes that help regional teams and partners work efficiently • Coordinate across global and local teams, including product, marketing, policy, and support, to keep priorities aligned • Prepare clear updates and recommendations for leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in regional operations, partnerships, business development, or strategy roles • Proven experience managing multi-market programs or partner relationships • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to guide decisions • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including with senior leaders • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship • Professional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese (preferred) • Experience in travel, hospitality, or marketplace businesses (preferred) • Experience working across Latin American or Canadian markets (preferred)
