📋 Description

• Build and grow the MSP client base by identifying prospective customers and fostering relationships with decision-makers • Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored MSP solutions (cybersecurity, cloud, endpoint, identity, and infrastructure) • Collaborate with internal teams (technical delivery, security operations, and support) to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction • Work with senior management to shape MSP go-to-market strategy and identify target segments • Create compelling presentations, proposals, and service roadmaps showcasing long-term value • Track and manage sales activities using CRM tools and maintain accurate pipeline records • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client lifetime value • Monitor market developments and competitor activity to continuously refine positioning

🎯 Requirements

• 3–4 years of overall experience • At least 2 years in end-to-end IT or MSP sales • Post-secondary education in a relevant field • Experience selling cybersecurity services (MDR, endpoint, identity, cloud) is a significant asset • Skilled in prospecting and building new client relationships • Skilled in needs discovery, solution positioning, and creating value-driven proposals • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Collaborative team player • Strong organizational skills and disciplined use of sales tools/CRM • Driven to achieve targets and build a new line of business
