• Manage and grow sales within your district, meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas and financial objectives. • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships. • Participate in business reviews and planning sessions with customers. • Conduct sales training, customer meetings, and fleet surveys. • Provide prompt, professional resolution to customer issues, maintaining high customer service standards. • Evaluate market trends, competitive information, and industry challenges to identify growth opportunities. • Maintain accurate records and communications, including company CRM, required business forms, reports, and email correspondence. • Analyze and manage fleet reporting to align with company policies. • Participate in customer inventories, changeovers, and inventory relocations as needed. • Extensive daily travel within your district, with occasional overnight travel.
• Bachelor’s degree, business, or technical diploma • 5+ years of successful relevant sales experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel) • Valid Ontario provincial driver’s license in good standing • Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred • Experience in automotive aftermarket, heavy-duty, industrial, off-road equipment, or related industries preferred.
• A company car will be provided for local/regional business use.
