📋 Description

• Support a key client's business needs through full-cycle recruitment • Connect motivated candidates with job opportunities and develop career pathways • Build candidate pipelines and client relationships using social networks and industry communities • Own workload and deliver recruitment metrics and commitments • Market, screen, assess, and present candidates based on role competencies and skills • Improve sourcing strategies through research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns • Drive client satisfaction and loyalty through an exceptional hiring experience • Advise candidates and clients on in-demand skills and the dynamics of the local labor market • Educate clients on labor and workforce management

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience • Experience recruiting for professional salaried positions in a manufacturing environment, including production supervisors, HR, and process engineers • Must reside in the Central or Eastern time zone • High school diploma or equivalent • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred • Workday experience preferred
