📋 Description

• Connect motivated candidates with job opportunities and develop career pathways • Build candidate pipelines through social networks and industry communities • Own workload and deliver on recruitment metrics and commitments • Execute full-cycle recruitment processes • Market, screen, and present candidates based on role competencies, skills, and knowledge • Improve sourcing strategies through research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns • Exceed client expectations and expand relationships within the client portfolio • Screen and assess candidates, advocate for career opportunities, and remove employment barriers • Provide candidates with information and tools to prepare for successful employment • Deliver an exceptional hiring experience and drive client satisfaction and loyalty • Advise candidates and clients on in-demand skills • Educate clients on local labor-market and workforce-management dynamics

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience • Experience recruiting for skilled trades positions within a manufacturer • Experience managing a requisition load of 50+ requisitions • Experience recruiting for different locations simultaneously • High school diploma or equivalent
