📋 Description

• Own 4–6 vacancies end to end, focusing on senior, leadership, and business-critical roles • Partner with hiring managers to clarify business needs, shape candidate profiles, define scorecards, and align hiring processes • Build sourcing strategies using talent-market mapping, donor-company research, Boolean and X-ray search, LinkedIn sourcing, and personalized outreach • Proactively engage passive candidates across multiple channels • Conduct structured interviews and provide evidence-based recommendations • Prepare and calibrate hiring managers and interviewers for consistent assessment • Own the recruitment funnel, analyze bottlenecks and stage conversions, and align stakeholders on progress and risks • Manage the offer process and candidate communication through the first working day • Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation expectations, competitors, and hiring timelines

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment • At least 4 years of experience in a product IT company • Experience hiring for Growth Marketing, Product, Analytics, or Engineering roles • Experience in B2C subscription products, mobile apps, EdTech, or another high-growth digital environment • Proven track record of closing Senior, Lead, or Head-level roles • Strong hands-on sourcing expertise and confidence working with passive talent across multiple channels • Experience partnering with hiring managers and translating business needs into actionable search strategies • Structured, data-informed approach to recruitment, including funnel metrics and conversion rates • Experience with competency-based assessment, scorecards, and structured interviews • Strong ownership and communication skills • Practical use of AI tools for research, sourcing, communication, analysis, or workflow automation • Fluency in Ukrainian • English at B2 level or above
