📋 Description

• Manage full life cycle recruiting for assigned US and Canadian requisitions, from intake through offer • Lead intake and needs analysis conversations with hiring managers • Partner with HR Business Partners to create and publish job descriptions and postings • Source active and passive candidates using Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and other channels • Conduct phone screens, coordinate interview loops, administer assessments, and lead scorecard completion and debrief discussions • Maintain regular candidate communication throughout the recruiting process • Support offer construction and help negotiate terms with candidates • Build and maintain pipelines for recurring or difficult-to-fill roles • Apply inclusive sourcing, screening, and interview practices • Apply working knowledge of US and Canadian hiring requirements and escalate compliance questions to HR Business Partners • Perform select preboarding activities, including stakeholder communication, first-day logistics, and week-one onboarding scheduling • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in Workable • Provide pipeline and hiring status updates • Flag process friction or candidate experience issues and suggest improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Full life cycle recruiting experience across sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support • Working knowledge of US and Canadian employment and hiring practices; only US experience is required • Working proficiency with an applicant tracking system and LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent sourcing tool • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple candidates, requisitions, and hiring manager relationships simultaneously • Ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day oversight • Comfort using AI tools throughout the recruiting life cycle, especially for synthesizing interview notes and scorecard feedback • Sound judgment when reviewing AI output for accuracy and bias • 5+ years of in-house or agency recruiting experience • Experience recruiting across levels from individual contributor through professional or exempt roles • Experience in professional services, consulting, or another high-growth organization is a plus • Prior contract or interim recruiting experience • Experience with Predictive Index or similar behavioral assessment tool • Familiarity with competency-based, inclusive interviewing practices
