• Process access and file copy requests by reviewing documentation and consents to ensure appropriate information is released • Review and redact third-party information to maintain privacy compliance and prevent privacy breaches • Manage and respond to inquiries received through shared email inboxes • Complete claim-related follow-ups and administrative activities • Process vendor invoice payments • Perform data entry and maintain information in claims management systems • Prepare, distribute, print, and mail correspondence to claimants, clients, and other stakeholders while following privacy protocols • Coordinate and schedule Medical Consultant calls • Assist with onboarding new clients, including file transfers and administrative coordination • Support claim operations and the delivery of disability and life insurance services • Provide administrative support to internal and external stakeholders
• Post-secondary education (college diploma or university degree) • Bilingualism in English and French is required • For candidates in Québec, proficiency in English and French is required to support clients from provinces outside Québec • Experience in administrative or customer service, preferably in insurance or banking • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel • Proficiency with Adobe applications • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies, systems, and digital tools • Ability to investigate discrepancies, take ownership of issues, and drive them to resolution • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
