📋 Description

• Calculate and code offsets and adjusted Short Term Disability (STD) and Long Term Disability (LTD) benefits in Navigator • Inform plan members of overpayment amounts with clear verbal and written explanations • Follow up with plan members regarding reimbursement of overpayments • Negotiate acceptable repayment plans when necessary • Proceed with claim recoveries in Navigator • Support a small, dynamic National Life, Disability & Wellness Team • Deliver value and customer-focused disability benefit services

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in disability benefit calculations • Strong mathematical skills • Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word • Ability to read and interpret group insurance contracts and apply their provisions • Exceptional oral and written communication skills • Strong customer service focus and ability to deliver difficult messages empathetically • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset; required in Québec to support clients from various provinces outside Québec • Experience with Navigator is an asset • Capacity for constant learning from success and failure • Openness to change and continuous improvement
