📋 Description

• Cultivate strong connections with financial advisors, clients, and colleagues • Conduct face-to-face meetings, virtual consultations, and follow-ups • Promote Manulife Bank’s full suite of mortgage products • Input all client and advisor activities into Sales Force • Track and manage your business pipeline • Monitor activity metrics to ensure alignment with performance goals • Ensure compliance with data entry standards • Achieve monthly and annual targets for mortgage volume and units • Identify and pursue new business opportunities • Collaborate with BDMs and other internal partners • Maintain a high standard of compliance with regulatory and internal policies • Provide exceptional service and support throughout the mortgage process • Attend and support regional and national events

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in mortgage lending, financial services, or advisory roles • Strong understanding of mortgage products, underwriting, and lending practices • Proficiency in Sales Force • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Contribute to team initiatives and support a One Team culture
