📋 Description

• Own the full collection process of delinquent and/or past due payments • Manage and resolve more complex delinquent accounts in a timely manner • Ensure payments and adjustments are processed accurately • Manage incoming correspondence from clients • Review and analyze accounts to determine repayment ability • Negotiate payment arrangements within credit policy guidelines • Maintain accurate account records regarding financial status • Escalate legal or third-party notices where the Bank's security is at risk • Maintain client privacy and confidentiality

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of collection/recoveries experience, ideally with mortgage collection • Fully bilingual in French and English (written and verbal) • Strong analytical, interpretive, judgment, and problem-solving skills • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced changing environment • Ability to read/interpret mortgage/loan agreements and legal documents • Ability to manage competing priorities • Collaborate with geographically and culturally diverse teams • Openness to change and continuous improvement
