📋 Description

• Report to the Supervisor, Legacy Products Operations • Process transactions of varying levels of complexity • Review or process received transactions accurately and in a timely manner • Provide service to internal and external clients via email, phone, or mail • Research and analyze inquiries, determine resolutions, and process necessary transactions • Collaborate with teams in various offices to manage changing volumes and meet service standards • Suggest process enhancements to improve service efficiency • Work effectively with other departments within Contract Services • Meet or exceed productivity, quality, and service standards • Handle multiple tasks and prioritize daily work based on workload and urgency • Perform a wide range of tasks within the administrative unit • Communicate with clients, plan sponsors, agents, and brokers in writing and by phone • Proactively manage all requests

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma or equivalent experience • Bilingual French and English required • Ability to communicate in English and French to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec • Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Adaptability to fast-paced environments • Strong customer service orientation • Proactive and self-motivated
