📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of group benefit clients in the West • Maintain and strengthen relationships with consultants/advisors • Ensure client satisfaction and meet financial objectives • Develop and grow existing client and consultant/advisor relationships • Deliver superior service and communicate value proposition and products/services • Represent Manulife professionally in client-facing meetings • Keep clients and consultants informed on changes impacting Group Benefits • Demonstrate negotiation/influencing skills and collaborate with internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success in a similar role at Manulife or within the Group Benefits industry • Strong customer focus with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively • Excellent presentation, communication, and mathematical skills • Ability to think strategically and propose innovative solutions • Superior project management abilities, including managing multiple competing priorities • Strong technical proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Post secondary education in a related field • Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel
