📋 Description

• Review residential mortgage files and related documents for accuracy, completeness, policy adherence, and protection of the Bank’s interest in the property • Ensure residential mortgages are set up according to underwriting policies, credit policies, and compliance regulations • Define, quantify, and analyze root causes of errors • Provide input on workflow changes, processing improvements, and system enhancements • Provide managers with trend analysis, monthly reporting, and representative progress updates • Communicate processing errors to representatives • Work with On-the-Job Trainers to identify development and training opportunities and measure training effectiveness • Attend department staff meetings regarding processing issues and clarification measures • Identify frequently committed errors and provide trend analysis • Support processing associates as a subject matter expert • Provide feedback to staff and support performance management through formal and ad-hoc training, timely feedback, and procedural updates • Document process updates and alert the team to important updates • Coordinate daily functions and scheduling for the QC group • Handle first-level escalations from processing staff in Manila, Cebu, Portsmouth, or Boston • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience as a processor with 12+ months of operational experience • Proven subject matter expertise in all business unit administrative systems • Strong understanding of interrelationships between processing systems • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to provide effective, tactful feedback and coaching • Documentation knowledge and experience, including familiarity with documentation standards and procedures • Excellent organizational, prioritization, time management, and multitasking skills • Analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills • Ability to interpret customer needs and resolve issues • Self-disciplined and able to work with minimal supervision • Skills, experience, and professional networks to support staff performance and professionalism objectives • Ability to initiate and participate in procedural improvements and process changes • Basic knowledge of products • Post-secondary education or a high school diploma combined with equivalent business experience • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset; if the successful candidate is in Québec, proficiency in both languages will be required
