📋 Description

• Provide administrative and project support to delivery and client-facing teams across the firm • Track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines • Schedule meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items • Maintain organized, accurate project files, trackers, and shared resources • Assist in formatting and preparing documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and client deliverables • Collect, enter, organize, and check data for internal projects and client work • Conduct basic research using public and proprietary insurance resources • Review documents and data for errors, formatting issues, and completeness • Participate in structured learning experiences across departments • Take on progressively more complex assignments with support and feedback • Work with managers and team leaders to identify strengths and interests and shape a development path • Share observations and ideas for improving processes, templates, and tools

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) preferred • 0–2 years of professional experience; internships, part-time roles, or relevant coursework welcome • Interest in insurance, finance, regulation, analytics, or consulting • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook • Willingness to learn new systems and tools • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to juggle requests from multiple teams and prioritize effectively • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Clear, professional written and verbal communication • Adaptability and comfort moving between different teams, tasks, and types of work • Proactive, coachable mindset; ability to ask good questions, take feedback, and look for ways to contribute • Dependability and discretion in handling confidential client and company information
