📋 Description

• You are the first point of contact for people seeking a career in sales. • You identify their potential, get them excited about our sales courses, and guide them through the enrollment process. • You present suitable educational programs, explain funding options (e.g., the German 'Bildungsgutschein' vocational training voucher), and support them through to contract signing. • You maintain contact with potential participants, proactively reach out, and follow up — by phone, email, or video. • You use our CRM system for your consultations, track conversions, and help to further develop the processes. • You analyze the competition, think strategically, and actively contribute your ideas to the team. • You want to make a real impact — for others and for yourself.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional competence and process-oriented thinking gained through your commercial vocational training and expanded by 2–3 years of professional experience in customer service, a call center, sales, or personnel services — experience in advising on or selling educational programs is a plus. • Communication: You communicate clearly and enjoy interacting with people — including on the phone. • Independence: You enjoy working autonomously, can quickly adapt to a new environment, handle a variety of tasks, and maintain an overview. • People skills: You can empathize with people in a wide range of life situations. • Motivation: You thrive in a dynamic environment with diverse tasks and want to get the most out of your work. • German: Excellent German language skills, strong communication abilities, and an empathetic, respectful manner. • Technical skills: Confident use of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, etc.) and HubSpot.
