📋 Description

• Enter and maintain accurate patient and program data in internal systems. • Support patient enrollment, onboarding, and case updates. • Manage inbound and outbound communications by phone, email, and fax in English and French. • Verify patient and healthcare provider information for completeness and accuracy. • Respond to routine inquiries from patients, providers, and stakeholders. • Track and document program activities, including required safety and compliance records. • Prioritize tasks and meet service-level timelines in a high-volume environment. • Follow standard operating procedures, privacy, and compliance requirements. • Assist with reporting, data validation, and administrative tasks. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient support delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. • 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, data entry, or a related field. • Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal) is required. • Strong data entry and computer skills (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems). • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to follow processes, procedures, and compliance guidelines. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Must maintain a private and secure workspace that supports confidentiality and compliance requirements. • Preferred: Experience in a call centre, healthcare, or Patient Support Program environment. • Preferred: Familiarity with medical terminology and the Canadian healthcare system. • Preferred: Exposure to insurance, reimbursement, or patient assistance programs. • Preferred: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Preferred: Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. • Preferred: Experience supporting patients, healthcare providers, or other customer groups in a service-oriented environment.
