📋 Description

• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of law firm clients, managing communication, expectations, and relationships • Coordinate with creative, development, SEO, and paid media teams to ensure deliverables are scoped, assigned, and completed on time • Participate in client calls and meetings, take clear notes, track action items, and follow up • Monitor campaign and project performance and flag issues proactively • Help prepare client-facing reports, presentations, and status updates • Support senior strategists on larger, more complex accounts while independently owning smaller accounts • Develop working knowledge of SEO, paid media, social media, and web marketing channels

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in account management, client services, project management, or a related role, with agency background a strong plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with clarity and professionalism in every client interaction • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously • Collaborative team player who works well across departments and knows when to escalate • Genuine curiosity about digital marketing and a desire to understand what's working and why • Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote environment where things move quickly and priorities can shift • Exposure to SEO, paid media, or social media marketing • Familiarity with SEO and reporting tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or Google Business Profile • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or Notion • Familiarity with the legal industry or professional services • Experience using CRM or client reporting platforms
