📋 Description

• Develop a high level of knowledge in the Health Related Travel program • Handle client requests for authorization and reimbursement of health related travel • Liaise directly with clients, medical consultants and health care professionals for clarifications • Provide excellent customer service across all service areas • Review, analyze and process reimbursement requests according to established criteria • Correspond with clients, medical consultants, health care professionals and stakeholders via email, phone and other communication methods • Work varying shifts between 7am and 5pm, Monday to Friday

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to review, analyze and process requests from clients for reimbursement of health related travel as per established criteria • Clear, concise and friendly communication through email and phone • Ability to organize work and information accurately and efficiently • Strong technical aptitude and ability to multitask across multiple software applications • Ability to correspond with clients, medical consultants, health care professionals and stakeholders through various communication methods • Ability to work quickly and accurately under time pressure • High attention to detail and ability to concentrate while using a computer for prolonged periods • Ability to work independently and as a team member • Post-secondary diploma or degree and/or relevant working experience in customer service or office administration • Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B) • Fingerprinting, Criminal Record Check and Credit Check • Must have resided in Canada for at least 5 years • Must hold Permanent Resident or Citizenship Status
