📋 Description

• Full cycle recruitment - from marketing the position and sourcing to offer acceptance • Hiring Leader collaboration – we’re a true extension to business teams • Candidate management - reviewing resumes, conducting Bilingual pre-screens and interviews • On-System recruitment management - through our Applicant Tracking System (Workday) • Offer execution - you will work with Hiring Leaders to outline competitive offers • Brand ambassador – you will continuously build talent pipelines • HR partnership - you will partner with other HR COEs to advance recruitment initiatives • Career Events & Talent Engagement - Actively represent Medavie at onsite and virtual career events

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (in-house preferred) • Fully bilingual (French/English) • A consultative, partnership-driven approach • Experience partnering with schools, community organizations, and external networks to build diverse talent pipelines • Proven experience using the Workday Recruitment module • Ability to travel to onsite Career Fair locations in your region where required
