📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Orchestrate, EIB, Core Connectors, or Cloud Connectors • Support inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and enterprise applications, vendors, and service providers • Troubleshoot integration failures, data discrepancies, and system issues • Monitor integration performance and identify optimization opportunities • Evaluate integration requirements and recommend technical solutions with Workday Module Leads • Gather and document business requirements with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders • Work with external vendors and third-party providers on implementation and maintenance • Participate in integration testing, system validation, and release activities • Develop and execute test plans for integrations, enhancements, and Workday bi-annual releases • Create and maintain integration specifications, technical documentation, support procedures, and data mapping documents • Ensure integrations comply with security, privacy, and data governance standards • Support data audits and investigate integration-related data issues • Build and maintain Workday custom reports, calculated fields, and integration-related data extracts • Assist with mass data loads and data validation using EIB and other Workday tools

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday Integration experience • Experience developing and supporting Workday integrations in a complex, unionized environment • Experience with Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, Workday Web Services, Custom Reports and Calculated Fields, and Workday Orchestrate • Strong HR Business Acumen • Working knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders and end users
