📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the development and performance of all sales activities in the division • Staff and direct a sales team, providing leadership toward maximum profitability and growth • Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area • Contribute to training and educational programs for clients and Account Representatives • Develop business plans and sales strategies for the market • Coordinate action plans to penetrate new markets • Provide competitive pricing on prospect applications while maintaining profit margins • Develop and implement marketing plans • Maintain pricing, sales, and activity records • Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses • Assist Account Representatives with proposals and presentations • Conduct one-on-one reviews with Account Representatives • Develop and mentor staff through onboarding, communication, training, development, and performance management • Maintain employee morale and motivation and ensure appropriate team staffing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • At least 7 years of experience managing people in a sales management role, including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing people • Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time for business purposes within and outside the state • Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations • Extensive experience in Supplier Relationship Management • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
