📋 Description

• Partner with field sales and clinical teams as a resource in assigned markets • Execute sales activities and support sales within key customer accounts • Lead or assist with in-service activities related to disposables and/or hardware • Install necessary equipment and hardware • Perform functional and safety tests • Provide customer introductions and collaboration • Drive expansion of Acute Care and Monitoring products within the territory • Coordinate with the sales team and internal stakeholders • Focus on customer satisfaction and increased utilization • Support conversions and sales efforts outside the assigned region as needed • Conduct product introductions and demonstrations for staff and clinicians • Perform inventory balancing at site and/or warehouse level • Maintain individual quota responsibility • Travel approximately 75% across a multi-state region, including 50%+ anticipated overnight travel • Report to the Regional Business Manager and work alongside assigned sales representatives

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate’s degree with 2 years, or Bachelor’s degree with 0 years, in sales, clinical, or related work in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences • Must live within 50 miles of the territory or be open to relocation • Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment • Valid driver's license • Active vehicle insurance policy • Driving record will be reviewed as part of the application • Ability to drive approximately 75% of the time within the assigned territory, including required overnight travel • Ability to work significant overnight travel and non-traditional hours • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, degree must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) • Minimum of 1–3 years’ previous field sales experience preferred • Prior medical device, business-to-business, or pharmaceutical sales experience highly preferred • Knowledge of sales techniques • Introductory knowledge of company products and services • Understanding of vendor, distributor, and hospital supply chain management • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities • Effective persuasion skills
