📋 Description

• Work with the CST sales organization to develop and implement regional and local contracts • Develop strategies and tactics supporting revenue and market-share growth in regional Integrated Distribution Networks and independent hospitals • Conduct financial and operational analysis supporting contracting strategies • Provide business reviews and enable programs and contracts to drive revenue • Monitor pricing integrity and protect margin • Develop and implement regional contract strategies aligned with corporate objectives and regional sales strategies • Execute and monitor negotiated contracts from implementation through expiration to ensure accurate invoicing • Support Customer Care, Credit Financial Services, and other organizations in resolving pricing discrepancies and related issues • Execute pricing strategies and respond to customer pricing requests in compliance with price governance • Complete hospital requests in accordance with Medtronic pricing strategies, terms, and conditions • Provide accurate pricing analysis • Negotiate pricing with Sales, Legal, and Marketing within management-defined parameters • Provide rationale for pricing approvals • Support quarterly business reviews with local sales teams and customers • Participate in cross-functional teams developing strategies and tactics for key business initiatives • Travel to support collaboration and project completion

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Demonstrated proficiency with Excel spreadsheets, Smartsheet, Power BI, and SAP • Experience creating Excel documents with spreadsheets, formulas, charts, graphs, and functions • Experience in sales, marketing, purchasing, healthcare, or related areas • Knowledge of contract law • Ability to operate in a matrixed marketing environment and work effectively with sales • Ability to build and facilitate productive relationships with cross-functional teams and customer contacts • Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems with minimal direction and make confident decisions • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not offered for roles below Principal level
