📋 Description

• Build business-critical mobile applications and engaging digital products • Participate in the full spectrum of product development, from compelling experiences through maintenance, usability, testing, support, and distribution • Work with small, cross-functional teams across a wide variety of projects • Lead communication with project stakeholders and explain technical constraints to technical and non-technical audiences • Provide general internal developer community support • Connect with other leads to enhance Tech Lead support and understand different approaches • Contribute to UI and business logic layer design and architecture • Develop products in Swift on iOS and Kotlin on Android • Share knowledge and help the team grow

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience working on large development projects • Experience using Kotlin, Compose and/or Swift SwiftUI • Experience with mobile platforms and native mobile application development • Ability to articulate the difference between progressive enhancement and graceful degradation • Understanding of the importance of animation in an interface • Ability to stay current with evolving mobile tools like Kotlin Multiplatform and Bitrise • Ability to work well in a highly collaborative team environment
