📋 Description

• Oversee ongoing community management for multiple Mighty Pro Hosts at one time. • Help Mighty Pro communities operate smoothly and grow through valuable, memorable member experiences. • Play a key execution role in scaling results for Mighty Pro Hosts and their members. • Join onboarding for new Mighty Pro Hosts, learning their brand voice and audience and aligning on communication rhythms, content approval workflows, and role expectations. • Set up and manage communities, online courses, challenges, and events for Mighty Pro Networks. • Execute monthly themes, weekly activity calendars, and daily polls and questions in partnership with the Mighty Pro team and Hosts. • Create newsletters, educational resources, member spotlights, and other high-quality content at scale, adapting deliverables to each Host’s brand voice. • Welcome new members and provide support throughout their community journey, replying to inquiries and resolving issues. • Guide members to relevant community areas using automations. • Support live events and challenges by coordinating logistics, publishing promotional materials, and handling real-time moderation, communication, and follow-up recaps. • Monitor analytics, adapt execution to maintain engagement, and surface insights and trends. • Provide ongoing communication and reporting to Mighty’s Community Strategists and assigned Mighty Pro Hosts.

🎯 Requirements

• High curiosity and motivation to learn cutting-edge strategies and features offered on Mighty Pro. • Proven experience in marketing and content creation, with a track record of crafting compelling narratives that drive engagement and growth. • Experience with modern community management demands and opportunities. • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different brands and audiences. • Strong attention to detail and ability to internalize feedback and adapt quickly to each Host’s voice and preferences. • Passion for community building, with empathy and curiosity to build relationships with Hosts and members. • Confidence participating in and occasionally hosting community calls and representing a Host’s brand. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple Mighty Pro Networks simultaneously. • Proactive, consistent communication skills for managing relationships with Community Strategists and Hosts. • Understanding of analytics and a data-driven approach to measuring and improving community health and engagement.
