📋 Description

• Support the TSUB Combat System Contract Program Office (PMS 425) • Plan, direct, and ensure the success of major programs, systems development efforts, and research or technology initiatives supporting Navy submarine needs • Define, organize, and direct short- and long-range program plans • Formulate and guide the technical approach • Consult on defining and negotiating necessary resources with activity and agency personnel • Establish and control technical milestones, schedules, budgets, and costs • Analyze and process engineering program documentation • Assess and update spend plans • Develop, document, and implement new processes • Analyze program risks and develop risk assessments • Provide daily support during core business hours in the DC Metro area

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Navy Program Management • 2+ years of experience with Navy Engineering Support • Ability to analyze and process engineering program documentation • Ability to assess and update spend plans • Ability to develop, document, and implement new processes • Ability to analyze program risks and develop risk assessments • Ability to work proactively, independently, and within a team environment • Active Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance or higher required at time of hire • Ability to travel to support the client 1–3 times per year • Ability to provide daily support during core business hours in the DC Metro area • Experience or familiarity with the BYG-1 submarine combat system • U.S. citizenship required • Preferred: NAVSEA and/or Team Submarine experience • Preferred: Experience with Navy Waterfront entities such as shipyards, installation teams, and regional maintenance facilities • Preferred: Familiarity with installation and technology insertion hardware processes and practices • Preferred: Experience working in Jira and familiarity with Agile • Preferred: Experience or familiarity with the Submarine Warfare Federated Tactical System (SWFTS)
